Who are we??
About us
RAGINA LEARNING CENTER was established in 2009. with a main focus - corporate training and language courses for adults. Subsequently, we expanded the possibilities offered by relying on innovative methods – specialized language training by profession, professional training, training in key competencies, "School Help" courses, etc. It is proof of the quality of our services, that over the years we have established ourselves as desirable partners of many of the large companies in the region.
Through 2015 we separated training for children in a separate direction, called SKY CENTER Kids. We have created a modern language center, claiming to be the most modern in the region. Currently over 500 children attend classes annually, organized by us.
Our main goal is to be innovators, imposing a new vision of learning, trying to pave the way for global trends in modern education in Bulgaria. Created as a language center, we are among the first, fully implemented interactive learning. We have gradually expanded the range of services offered, but we kept our basic philosophy – to look for the best systems and forms of teaching, which we implement and thus gradually impose a new level in the offering of similar services.

Foreign language training on the Common European Language Framework for levels A1 to C2
Computer training with individually prepared study programs for each course.
Soft skills training mostly corporate oriented.
VET centre with licensed 134 specialties at the National Vocational Education and Training Institute and issuing Certificates and Certificates from the Ministry of Education and Culture
Corporate trainings - our goal is to be the first choice of companies in the region, in case of the need to increase the qualification of their personnel.
European projects – over time we gained experience in working on European projects. The company and beneficiary, partner and executor of activities under various Operational programs with European funding.
Representation - the company is a representative of leading publishing houses in the country, offering textbooks and study aids in English, Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry in 11 region of the country (ruse, Razgrad, Silistra, Dobrich, Noisy, Targovishte, Veliko Tarnovo, Gabrovo, Pleven, Lovech, Burgas)
Training of the pedagogical staff - a License to the Ministry of Education and Culture is pending for the provision of trainings for Improving the professional qualification of pedagogical specialists.
